Hi Jamie Need to talk to you today so much, i am missing you like crazy. I was going through some photo's today, because i was looking for one of the garden in the summer to show the estate agent who was here taking photo's of the house to get it put up for sale. Dont know if we are doing the right thing selling the house, but then i feel as though i need to get away from here. Anyway as i was looking for the photo, i came across some of you and jodie in tenerife on holiday, first time i have seen them since we lost you, i cried so much for you. Remember that holiday in tenerife we were on the beach, the waves were massive that day, you, jodie and dad wanted to go in to jump them, i was scared for you all, but you all went in, i was like a cat on hot bricks watching you all so scared something would happen. You all came out saftley. We had some fantastic family holidays together, every year we went abroad and because dad worked so hard he just loved that time he could spend with you and jodie, and you just loved the time when we were all together as a family. I really am so thankful to have all the happy memories, but then it also makes me cry to think of not having you here now with us. Dear Charlene thankyou so much for writing on jamie's site, i read what you put with tears in my eyes, but also a smile on my face, i love reading things that jamie's freinds put on the site it means so much to me and jamie's family. I am so sorry to hear about your other friend, nobody as young as you should have to go through loosing two such special young people. Hi Jamie, one of my closest friends who i love unbelieveably died in a car crash in January and through his website i found yours. His funeral was hard and brought back memories of yours. I can still remember the day you were taken from us so clearly and thoughts of your funeral brings tears to my eyes still. You were such a loving, caring frindly boy and would do anything to help anyone. I remember when Helens dad died we were all so upset but you managed to be strong for her when she needed you most. Who would have thought that five weeks later you would be taken from us too. My mum moved from York to Malton when i was in my first year of college, i went to Bishop Burton because no where in york wanted me! Looking back on it now though not carrying onto 6th form at Huntington was the best thing for me because i have achieved so much being away being here at Bishop Burton. Who would have thought i would be studying a degree now !!! I always think about you and i know it may seem strange but i always check your website but have never known what to write. Last year when i was studying my AVCE in Travel and Tourism one of our assignments included organising and running an event of our choice. As a group we diceided that the money we raise should go to charity, i put forward C.R.Y and that is what who we decided to give our money to, we raised £339.65 (see http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/bishop_burton_college_fundraiser.htm ). Jamie i still miss you to this day but when i think of you i remember a happy smiling friend who was there for me no matter what. I know we had our differences but who doesnt. ive been feeling really low recently, and without you here to help me every little task seems impossible. somedays i feel like i cant go any more but then i think of mum and dad and i know i have to carry on. im trying my hardest at college but it seems so hard as i dont have my older brother to help me with my work.
you were so smart and i looked up to you sooo much. everytime i feel like giving up on college i think of you and how much i want to make you proud of me.
ive started getting help again and it seems to be helping just geting out how im feeling, as most of the time i dont want to tak about it because i dont want to upset anyone by talking about you, so most of the time i just bottle it up and it all comes out in the end in a worse way , like the over week when i wanted to see you so much i took an overdose but then i realised how much i would hurt mum and dad so i stopped and didnt take enough to do anything.

Hey Jamie Its been a while ! I was sat at school the other day in my mock exams and i was getting so stressed out. Then i sat and thought about you and how you never got round to even sitting your mocks let alone your gcse's although we all know you would have made your family even prouder than they are now. I bet you would have got straight A's or A*'s knowing you lol !!! You were sooo brainy !! And so then i thought to myself why am i stressing over silly little exams when they arent even the real things yet i should be doing this if im doing my a- levels not like you would have just done if you were still with us !! not when im doing mock exams!! I started thinking about all the good times you, jodie, matthew and me had had it really cheered me up it was quite funny though because i also thought about the time you trapped matthews fingers in the conservatory door and ended up bursting out laughing in the exam i got rather told off ! I started thinking about what you would look like if you were alive now i bet you would have been really handsome jsut like you were when we knew you ! I even ended up talking to you in my head. But all this calmed me down so much that i found i could answer the questions on the paper as long as i put my mind to it , although i did wish it was you that was sitting the exam instead lol who wouldnt ?? lol But it was you and the memories us four shared in that short time that we knew each other that made me realise that i could do the paper and i ended coming out with a B lol Thanks Jamie your a star !!! luv always Lauren xxx
